2. Back to Bethlehem

We began this great love story last week with a tragedy followed by grief, misery and death. The book of Ruth began with three funerals! Ugh.

This week, Naomi will hear that God has been faithful and has visited His people in giving them BREAD in Bethlehem. Now, that is very interesting because Bethlehem means "house of bread" as we learned last week!

Ruth will demonstrate that she is a special person. She will express her beautiful love and devotion for her mother-in-law Naomi, and the two of them will return to Bethlehem.
