Last week, we celebrated the truth of Jesus Christ’s 1st coming to planet earth as the Saviour of the world. We were challenged from the Scriptures to learn of the uncoincidental fulfillment of prophecies concerning Christ’s birth and life and the staggering probabilities of the God-man Jesus fulfilling over 300 prophecies with perfect accuracy! In all fairness to the God of heaven and earth, the proper response to comprehending that He has predicted the future with 100% accuracy is to BELIEVE the holy Bible and surrender all to Jesus Christ as Lord. Today, we gather on the day before another new year on earth. It is a good time for all of us to look back on the past at what God has done in our lives, consider what God is doing in the present, and look forward to what God wants to do in us and through us this coming new year. As we look to the holy Bible at some of the prophecies concerning His imminent RETURN, may God motivate us to greater service and faithfulness for His glory!
