6. Call to Action

The work of rebuilding the temple of the Lord had ceased for 15 years.

Because of the opposition to the work, and the king's decree to stop, God's people just assumed it was not God's timing for His house to be finished.

However, this was not the will of God!

Therefore, He called upon a couple preachers to get His people back to work. Haggai and Zechariah were the preachers!
