Every tree and plant needs to have its roots deep and secure.
Paul and the missionary team were separated from the new believers in Thessalonica after a short time of preaching and discipleship. After they could no longer forbear, they sent Timothy back to establish and comforted them in their faith in Jesus Christ.
Every born-again Christian needs to have a strong foundation to stand fast in the Lord.
