3. The Lord our Maker

Genesis 1:1 says, "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."

Psalm 95:6 says, "O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker."

Proverb 22:2 says, "The rich and poor meet together: the LORD is the maker of them all."

People used to commonly believe in "God" and the idea that God created all things.

Now, most schools teach that there is no Creator and that all things came from nothing.

When God wrote the introduction of the Gospel of John, He wanted to be very clear.

JESUS CHRIST IS YOUR MAKER AND THE CREATOR OF ALL THINGS!

What a life-changing statement! Your Creator came to die for you!
