8. In Light of Judgment Day

Today, we will see Paul under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost take an entire chapter to detail specifics about the righteous judgment of God. The crimes presented in chapter 1 must be considered in light of the manner in which all people will be judged by God. We will discover that the Bible is very clear – there is a DAY coming in which God shall judge the SECRETS of men by Jesus Christ. And, this truth of judgment coming and the responsible and accountability of all people towards God for the light and truth He has given is a leading tenant in the gospel that Paul preached! Sometimes, God makes things very simple for us to see in the Bible when we read and study. The word “law” is recorded 21 times in chapter 2!
